Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping/Rates

All items are shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of order from our warehouse in California.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

All shipping methods except Next Business Day are available for shipments to P.O. Boxes.

To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our products. All shipping rates are calculated based on carrier, weight and destination.

On the shopping cart page there is a Calculate Shipping button that you can click to select your shipping method. This displays the options and shipping cost.

You will have the ability to choose between UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service and your preferred service.  Once the carrier and method are chosen the actual shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

Once your order ships, the ship date and method of shipping along with a tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

For the best rate, all books should be a separate order so they can be shipped via Media Rate through the US Postal Service. Delivery will be 7 – 10 days.

A charge of $15.00 will be added to all Rush Shipments per address.  

Perishable items will qualify for surcharges such as ice/gel packs, special packaging, etc.

Currently P J Ivy Enterprises, Inc. only allows you to ship items to one address. If you need to ship items to different addresses, please place a separate order(s). Only one shipping method may be selected per order.

P J Ivy Enterprises, Inc. uses a variety of carrier services to delivery packages, including UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service. The choice of carrier is determined by the level of service selected (Super Saver, Standard, Express, and Next Day), destination (shipping address), and package weight. We will select the best carrier to keep our shipping charges as low as possible, while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.

P J Ivy Enterprises, Inc. cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package.

To reduce the possibility of the late arrival of a shipment, shop early!

Return Policy

Damaged Orders

P J Ivy Enterprises, Inc. takes great pride in choosing the finest ingredients, and providing the best quality and craftsmanship of our products, so we choose top vendors and shippers so our products arrive on time and intact for you to enjoy.  However, accidents do happen, so upon receipt, please inspect your purchase, save all packing materials, and immediately notify us of any damage.  If your order is damaged during processing or shipping,  we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Product Returns

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit, for the amount indicated on the gift receipt.  The merchandise credit can be used toward a future Pegilicious.com order. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.  Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). If the returned item does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order or perishable items.

How to return an item:

For your convenience you can begin by processing your return on the Return Form provided with your packing slip.. Indicate the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or merchandise credit.  The Return Form includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us.  Simply attach the label outside your package and send the package via UPS.  Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure the return label covers the old one.

For each subsequent use of the shopping cart at Pegilicius.com, if you entered personal information into the Shopping Cart at Pegilicious.com before, unless you edit your subscription profile, your subscription status will remain unchanged.

When you send a gift and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient’s name and postal address.  We use this information only to ship the product and to confirm delivery of the order.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to fulfill that order.  We only use gift message information for that purpose, and we only disclose that information to the person receiving the gift.

When you subscribe to our e-mail newsletters, Pegilicious.com collects your e-mail address so that we can send you our e-mail newsletters with special offers and updates about products and services. You can unsubscribe from our e-mail newsletters at any time by (i) clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any electronic newsletter that you receive from us; or (ii) following the steps outlined below in the section “Reviewing, Changing Your Information or Unsubscribing.”
