Return Policy

Damaged Orders.

P J Ivy Enterprises, Inc. takes great pride in choosing the finest ingredients, and providing the best quality and craftsmanship of our products, so we choose top vendors and shippers so our products arrive on time and intact for you to enjoy.  However, accidents do happen, so upon receipt, please inspect your purchase, save all packing materials, and immediately notify us of any damage.  If your order is damaged during processing or shipping,  we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Product Returns.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit, for the amount indicated on the gift receipt.  The merchandise credit can be used toward a future order. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.  Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). If the returned item does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order or perishable items.

How to return an item:

For your convenience you can begin by processing your return on the Return Form provided with your packing slip.. Indicate the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or merchandise credit.  The Return Form includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us.  Simply attach the label outside your package and send the package via UPS.  Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure the return label covers the old one.
